Some Nice Words Left By My Students

Louise, Chislehurst
I did the Thai course with 3 of my girlfriends, it was amazing. The experience was just so authentic to Thai food, having been to Thailand on many occasions, the dishes Keith taught us were brilliant. I am booking the Made in Italy course next!

Rob, Blackheath.
Keith was a real good laugh, he made us feel really relaxed and at home the minute he meet us at the door. Keith had just baked a rustic sourdough loaf, which me and my fellow students devoured, with loads of homemade strawberry jam. I did the fish course, Keith took us to www.thefishmongerltd.com first which was an amazing eye opener. We dealt with all types of fish and seafood, Keith is an excellent teacher and his food is just the best you will find.

Sarah, East Dulwich
The true amount of spices and herbs used in North African food is mind  blowing, Keith showed all of us the right ones to use at the right time, and the flat breads he made were sheer perfection.

  1. From the moment Keith answered the door I was made to feel welcome and right at home. It's a beautiful house full of period features, which took me right back to my childhood.
The kitchen is flooded with natural light, which made being in the room an absolute delight. I had no idea what I would be cooking as my fiance had kept it a surprise - when Keith ran me through the menu I was excited to see that I would be cooking some great classic dishes. Keith encouraged me to get stuck in from the start and I felt as though I was cooking with a friend rather than one of the best michelin star chefs.
I would recommend this experience to anyone with even the slightest interest in cooking and can assure you that you will find the experience enriching and making you want to delve further into cooking books and your own cooking initiative.
